You get an impression kit in the mail with a return label. There will be a QR code to scan & watch a process video. You will also get my contact for questions. once we receive your impression we will let you know

1-2 weeks to ship out your kit for your impression from the time of purchase
once payment is cleared and impression is received and workable then i will add your order into my que of orders based on the FOMO (first in first out) method, meaning orders are created as they come into the studio
no returns on orders however you can exchange for a custom jewelry piece or fairy pack of jewelry within the value of your original order or request a credit for a later order to be placed
adjustments free if damaged during transit or the custom work doesn't fit securely or comfortably
