After purchasing your grillz, you will receive an impression kit at the address you provided.

It is your responsibility to make the impression and send it back to us. Video instructions will be included, and you will also have the option to chat with the designer if needed. Please return your impression using the provided return label.

Once we receive your impression, it will enter the production queue. The turnaround time can take roughly 8 weeks or more. If you need your grillz sooner, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Grillz are non-refundable but can be exchanged for custom jewelry of equal value.

We offer payment plans; the balance has to be paid in full before starting the wax model for your teeth.
